General Warranty Coverage
Most powersports vehicles and products sold by SBZ PowerSports include a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Coverage periods, terms, and conditions vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact SBZ PowerSports with the following information:
• Proof of purchase
• Product model and serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)
Our team will assist in submitting the claim to the manufacturer for review.
Important Warranty Information
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
SBZ PowerSports does not guarantee warranty approval or specific repair outcomes.
All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms, conditions, and final approval.
Warranty coverage may be void if products are modified, improperly maintained, or used outside their intended purpose.
If a warranty claim is approved, coverage applies to manufacturer-defective parts only. Labor is not included under manufacturer warranty.
All warranty service must be performed at the SBZ PowerSports service location. Warranty parts are installed by our technicians and are not provided separately.
Labor is billed at $70 per hour for all warranty-related service work.
