Shipping Information
SBZ PowerSports ships products within Canada and select regions of the United States.
Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the product, size, weight, and destination.
Large items such as ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts may require freight shipping.
Freight & Large Item Shipping
Freight delivery is typically curbside.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.
Delivery appointments and transit times are determined by the freight carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at our store location for select products.
Pickup availability will be confirmed after order placement.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Returns
Returns may be accepted on eligible products within a specified time frame, subject to approval.
Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

How to Request a Return
