At SBZ Powersports, we want your purchase to be straightforward from checkout to delivery. The policies below explain how we handle shipping, delivery, pickups, cancellations, returns, and large powersports units.

🚚 Shipping Information 🚚
SBZ Powersports ships eligible products across Canada. Delivery availability and pricing depend on the product, destination, size, weight, and delivery method.
For smaller products:
Shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout when available.
For larger products:
ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, golf carts, trailers, and other oversized products may require specialized freight or vehicle delivery. Shipping costs for these items may be provided by quote.
Processing time:
In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed or financing has been approved.
Orders may require additional preparation time for assembly, inspection, documentation, or delivery scheduling.
🚛 Freight & Large Item Shipping 🚛
Large powersports units are typically delivered by curbside freight or specialized vehicle transportation.
The carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the delivery vehicle.
Before accepting delivery, customers should inspect the unit or shipment for visible damage.
If visible damage is present:
- Photograph the damage before moving or operating the product.
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork, when possible.
- Contact SBZ Powersports as soon as possible.
Prompt reporting and documentation helps us work with the carrier and resolve transportation claims efficiently.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by carriers are estimates and may change due to weather, road conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside SBZ Powersports’ reasonable control.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
For vehicle and powersports units, customers are responsible for providing an appropriate trailer, vehicle, or other means of transportation capable of safely transporting the purchased unit.
SBZ Powersports may refuse pickup if the proposed transportation method is clearly unsafe or unsuitable for the product.
❌ Returns ❌
Because ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, golf carts, trailers, and similar powersports units are high-value products that are prepared and inspected specifically for the customer, vehicle and powersports units, sales are final.
There is no return or exchange for a change of mind after pickup or delivery.
This includes situations where a customer:
- Changes their mind
- Decides they no longer want the unit
- Purchases the wrong model for their intended use
- Finds the unit is not suitable for their intended riding conditions
- Has a change in personal or financial circumstances
Customers are encouraged to inspect the unit, review its specifications, and ask any questions before completing their purchase.
📋 How to Request a Return 📋
Before returning any product, customers must contact SBZ Powersports and receive return authorization.
Please provide:
Order / Invoice Number
Customer Name
Product or Unit Purchased
Date of Purchase
Reason for Request
Photos or Videos, if applicable
Do not ship merchandise back without authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping and delivery charges are separate from the product purchase price unless specifically stated otherwise.
For oversized products, shipping costs may be calculated separately and provided as a delivery quote.
Return shipping:
Unless the return is due to an error by SBZ Powersports or another circumstance where SBZ Powersports agrees otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges:
Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable once the shipping or delivery service has been performed.
Additional charges may apply where a delivery must be rescheduled because of incorrect delivery information, inaccessible property, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

SBZ PowerSports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
All shipping and return policies are subject to change without notice.
